1.for the crust;in a bowl,mix together the coconut oil,eggs,honey,& vanilla, add coconut flour,baking soda, & salt. Place dough in fridge for 1 hour to chill
2.preheat oven to 350. spread chilled dough out on parchment-lined pizza pan to about 1/4″ thickness.Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the edges. cool
3.for cream cheese icing;cream together cream cheese & butter.add vanilla & coconut sugar mix until smooth
4.when crust is completely cool,spread cream cheese icing over crust, leaving 1/4″ edge around the crust. Add fruit to top. Chill until ready to serve
